Acceptance
By creating a tenant you accept these terms. If you sign on behalf of a dealership, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
Plans and billing
Solo is free, no card required. Growth and Group are billed monthly in advance. Cancel anytime — no refunds for partial months, no clawbacks for partial usage.
Acceptable use
No resale of the service as a white-label. No scraping of benchmark data. No content that violates applicable law. See AUP for the full list.
Data ownership
Your data is yours. We claim no license beyond what's needed to run the service. You can export it anytime. On termination, we delete per the Privacy Policy retention schedule.
Service availability
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for the app. Marketing pages target 99.99%. Status is at /status. We don't claim SLA credits on incidents caused by upstream providers.
Liability
Limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months. We do not cover consequential damages. New Jersey law governs; venue is Burlington County, VT.
Termination
Either party may terminate on 30 days' notice. We may suspend immediately for material breach or AUP violation.
Changes
Material changes get 30 days' notice by email and in-product banner. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
