Prohibited
Reselling the service as a competitor. Bulk scraping benchmark data. Uploading content you don't have rights to. Reverse engineering except as permitted by law. Circumventing rate limits.
Voice-specific
Do not use the voice agent for outbound telemarketing without TCPA consent. Do not record calls in jurisdictions requiring all-party consent unless properly disclosed. Do not use the voice for emergency services.
Enforcement
Warnings first. Suspension for repeat. Termination for material violation. We cooperate with law enforcement as required by valid legal process.
